Routeventure started as a two-person shop fixing after-hours server crashes for a handful of retailers. The pattern was always the same: providers charged for tickets closed, not incidents avoided.

Today we run infrastructure for over a hundred businesses across retail, healthcare, and logistics — but the model hasn't changed. Fixed pricing, named engineers, and a runbook you actually own.
