Terms & Conditions — Routeventure

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Routeventure website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Routeventure provides web development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, social media management, and brand identity services. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before commencement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.
Routeventure retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies.
Pre-existing intellectual property and tools used during development remain the property of Routeventure.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Work may be paused if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Project Scope & Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope will be documented via a change request and may result in additional charges. Both parties must approve scope changes in writing before implementation begins.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical details, customer data, and pricing information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable deposits are non-refundable upon termination by the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
